If your baby wakes every 45–60 minutes at night, it’s natural to offer a feed, a bottle, rocking, swing or a pacifier - hoping this time they’ll sleep longer.
But when night wakings repeat this frequently, it’s usually not hunger alone. ❌
Most often, it’s a mix of:
• Inefficient daytime feeds (Reversal feeds during nights)
• Sleep associations with feeding
• Overtiredness from previous naps
• Baby relying on ONLY feeding to connect sleep cycles
So even after a feed, the wake-ups continue.

This regression isn’t just a rough patch .. it’s your baby’s brain growing. Their sleep cycles are maturing, and they now wake more fully between each cycle.
I’d say regression is just a progression but takes 2-4 weeks for the child to come out of it ⏳
The harsh regression months are 4th, 6th, 8th and 12th.. 🗓️
